2. Data processed
We may process professional identity and contact details, company and role, enquiry content, uploaded files, communication history, technical security logs and website usage information. Please do not submit special-category or highly sensitive personal data unless specifically requested and legally necessary.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Enquiries and requested pre-contractual steps are processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; website security and legitimate B2B relationship management under Article 6(1)(f); legal obligations under Article 6(1)(c). Marketing communications, if introduced, will use a separate legal basis and opt-out mechanism.
4. Providers and recipients
Data may be processed by authorised staff and providers of hosting, security, online forms, email, IT, professional advice and project delivery. Tally provides the project form; Cloudflare provides hosting, security and privacy-oriented analytics. Project information is shared only with relevant specialists and only to the extent necessary.
5. International transfers
Some technology or project providers may process data outside the EEA. Where required, transfers rely on adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or other recognised safeguards.
6. Retention
Inactive or unsuccessful business enquiries are normally retained for no longer than 24 months from the last meaningful contact, unless longer retention is justified for legal claims, compliance or documented business needs. Contractual, accounting and project records follow statutory and contractual periods.
7. Rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability where applicable, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority. Requests should be sent to info@aspirezone.it.
8. Required information and automated decisions
Required form fields are necessary to assess and answer the enquiry. Missing information may prevent a response. We do not use solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
9. Minors
The website and project-enquiry services are intended for professional users and are not directed at minors.

This notice may be updated when services, providers or legal requirements change. The current version is published on this page.
